Yesterwork is the silent killer

Companies should not just focus on AI. They also need to eliminate the work they should have stopped doing long ago. 

I call this “Yesterwork", and organizations are full of it. Not just because people don’t see it, but because it’s far more exciting to start something new than to shut down something old. 

In a world that is accelerating faster than ever, we don’t just need AI champions. We also need Yesterwork hunters.
